The European Consumer Centre Czech Republic has prepared its new web page. We believe that its content and structure will help you find answers to your questions and find solutions of your consumer problems with traders from other countries of the European Union, Norway and Iceland. ECC CZ operates by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority which co-finances its activities together with the European Commission.
